When time is running out you wanna stay alive

A few weeks ago, our moronic Government gave guns to the DBKL to shoot down hundreds of birds.

Though this is practiced in loads of countries, the DBKL workers carried out the shooting in the middle of town, in a tourist infested area, called local press and didn't shoot a single bird dead, instead threw the half dead birds to idiotic bystanders to trample to death and throw onto walls till they eventually died.

A tourist from Hungary asked my friend if this is what Malaysians do for fun, as tons of locals were standing around laughing, pointing and clapping. It was an embarrasment to us really.

And to make things worse, the DBKL had called a number of local press to cover the shooting, to glorify themselves, posing with guns and carrying the half dead birds.

This is what our idiotic government does in the middle of an economic crisis. They put a few brainless DBKL workers through shooting training, spending taxpayers money, buy them guns and bullets, with taxpayers money, and make a show out of shooting down hundreds of birds because, to quote a reporter, "It spreads diseases, and its dangerous because now we have the swine flu. And crows are useless." The idiot probably doesn't know that every bird can be a vector for a disease. And useless? Probably in some mythological story your grandma fed you when you were 9.


The shooting went on for over 2 hours.
